Eligibility for Returns
You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Perishable goods, personalized products, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom or personalized orders
Sale or clearance items
Perishable products like food, plants, etc.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If the returned item is not in its original condition, or shows signs of use, only a partial refund may be granted or the return may be refused.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at urbanshilpindia@gmail.com or call +919311813102 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at urbanshilpindia@gmail.com.
